Montreal machine The Expectorated Sequence are spitting their venom out on their first full length, Hair Bomb. The record brings to the table 15 tracks of ballistic speed, and shaky hypnotic mood's overpowered by heavy rhythm build-ups... and releases. TES are bleeding metal, sludge, screamo and punk, while feeding on rock and roll.
The band released their first EP, Over the Top, in September 2004, on Contempt for Humanity records. They have shared the stage with bands such as: Converge, Despised Icon, Ion Dissonance, Horse the Band, Buried Inside, Cave In, Bleeding Through, Between the Buried and Me, the Discord of a Forgotten Sketch...
Sans Tambour ni Trompette (France - www.stnt.org) describes the band as: “A bizarre Locust, a mentally ill Daughters, attacking gravity like Antioch Arrows and Heroin, a noisy Converge, rooted by Dropdead and Man is the Bastard.â€
While Punk Planet magazine (Chicago,IL) had this to say on their Over the Top debut: “These guys are going to get compared endlessly to Daughters because of their insane tempo shifts and screaming, but they are way crazier and intense. Plus they don't seem as sassy (...) Seek this out if you like spazzy, screamy, hardcore.â€
