BLACKENED DEATH METAL ACT HISS FROM THE MOAT JOIN EXTREME MANAGEMENT GROUP
Italian blackened death metal act HISS FROM THE MOAT are proud to announce a management deal with New York based international management agency Extreme Management Group (CATTLE DECAPITATION, SUFFOCATION, ORIGIN, DECREPIT BIRTH, CRYPTOPSY)
The band features former drummer of Italian death metal act HOUR OF PENANCE and VITAL REMAINS, James Payne, and has released a full length album available digitally through Nuclear Blast Records titled 'Misanthropy' The album features guest appearances from members of FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER.
Commenting on the bands new partnership, Payne states 'We are happy to start collaborating with EMG! Being surrounded by the right team of people is fundamental for the band and we feel we are in the right place at this point in our career. Also we are among many bands that we respect greatly, and together with EMG we look forward to grow and have a long and successful path.’
Adding to the commentary, EMG band manager Greg Shaw offers 'When you look at the contribution Italy has offered the extreme metal scene in the past few years - bands such as FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE, THE MODERN AGE OF SLAVERY and HOUR OF PENANCE - it is considerable the way in which these bands have both shaped and pushed the level of extremity and dynamic in modern black and death metal. HISS FROM THE MOAT will be contributing and taking that journey further - the bands already released an incredible and intense full length album and I am looking forward to working together with the band to take that intensity and dynamic to a new level'
HISS FROM THE MOAT are currently working on the bands next album, writing and rehearsing between Italy and Los Angeles, California. Check out the bands lastest full length album 'Misanthropy' and the video clip for 'Caduceus' at the link below.
