SUSPERIA ANNOUNCE TOURS WITH WASP AND ONSLAUGHT

OSLO, NORWAY - AS already reported elsewhere, Norwegian melodic thrashers SUSPERIA will join US metal gods WASP as "Special Guests" on selected shows of the forthcoming European tour. Some confusion has arisen over which dates the band will play, due to incorrect information being published in certain parts of the media. SUSPERIA will join the Lawless crew on the following dates:

SUSPERIA then return to the UK for a short co-headline tour with the reunited UK thrash band ONSLAUGHT.

Opening act for the UK dates will be EVILE who recently inked a deal with Earache Records.

SUSPERIA's new studio album 'Cut From Stone' is released on 2nd April 2007 in Norway and 9th April in the rest of Europe via the TABU label (a Division of TUBA Records, Norway). It was recorded at Strand Studio, Oslo, Norway during 2006. The mix was completed by Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah, Soilwork) at Dug Out Studios in Uppsala, Sweden, whilst the production was handled by SUSPERIA and Marius Strand.

'Cut From Stone' is the follow up to the bands' 2004 TABU debut 'Unlimited' which has become their best selling release to date.Their first two albums were released through Nuclear Blast. SUSPERIA subsequently released the 'Devil May Care EP' in 2005 which reached Number 19 on Norway's official 'Hit List', making the band the first home-grown act in the metal genre to achieve a Top 20 hit in the country.
