Cradle of Filth Checks In From Texas
CRADLE OF FILTH bassist Dave Pybus has issued the following tour update:
February 22nd - Palladium Ballroom, Dallas, TX:
"Woke after a rather bumpy ride to Dallas outside the venue on a beautiful summer like day. The Palladium is huge and has a hive of backstage rooms, probably bigger than yesterday's venue. All good, excpet theres no food around and we are in the middle of nowhere. So, starvation mode initialised we did the soundcheck on the massive stage, half of which vibrates and the other half is concrete, a rather strange sensation when alternating from one to the other. The VIP meet and greet was good and met some cool fans. Got some soup delivered from god-knows-where and got ready for the show. There was an opening band tonight which Charles said was good. I missed them. I missed all the bands tonight, just stayed on the bus chilling until show time. I had a great gig even though the crowd seemed to be fine standing and watching. I was screaming at them haha. We treated them to the full set and played great. I really enjoyed the challenge, actually. Made me play harder. We were invited out later but I decided to take a night off until the bus left at 6:00am."
