TMZ.com has obtained the divorce papers filed by Dita Von Teese late last month. As reported yesterday here, Dita filed to divorce Marilyn Manson (real name Brian Warner), but has been unable to serve him until yesterday, his birthday, as he has been in Los Angeles recording a new album.
