THE CHRONICLES OF WITHIN TEMPTATION A New Album, A Tour, A Game, and A Movie
Massive-selling goth-metal band Within Temptation were in the UK just last week, filming a video in London for first single What Have You Done from their forthcoming new album. Featuring guest vocals from Keith Caputo (Life Of Agony) on the track, they were thrilled he was able to join them for the video shoot too, with director Adam Mason (Cradle of Filth, Dragonforce) at the helm. The video should begin airing in January 2007, with the album due to hit shelves on March 12th.

We're happy to announce that they'll be returning shortly though, for their first proper UK tour in April 2007, calling at the following:

Tue 10th April - Bristol Academy
Wed 11th April - Manchester Academy
Thu 12th April - Glasgow Garage
Fri 13th April - Wolverhampton Wulfrun
Sat 14th April - London Astoria

Watch tickets fly when they go on sale tomorrow, priced at ?13.50 (?15 London), available from all usual agents and box offices including www.ticketmaster.co.uk.

The band have also been closely involved in a special project for hotly-anticipated fantasy game The Chronicles Of Spellborn. Within Temptation were invited to create the accompanying music and the resulting lead song written - The Howling - will be included on their new album. The video/game trailer for this track, which includes footage of the game and WT's angelic vocalist Sharon Den Adel, debuted last month on MTV.com and IGN.com (one of the world's largest games websites with 22 million unique visitors p/month). Learn more about their involvement at www.the-howling.com, where you can also watch the video & read further about the game. The game is set to be released early 2007 in most countries.

From the world of games to the world of movies, previous single Stand My Ground is currently featured in the trailer for major MGM film Blood And Chocolate, a thriller flick from the producers of Underworld planned to reach screens 1st quarter 2007. The trailer can be seen exclusively via MTV at http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/index.jhtml?vid=122507.
