PSYOPUS checks in from the road

Howdy, y'all! Chris here, sitting in a Travelodge via Athens, GA. Our tour with Hank III and Assjack has been a blast so far. Audience reactions have been hysterical, bad ass or disturbingly confusing for Psyopus. Meanwhile, I have been having a lot of fun playing lead guitar for Assjack. If you are
near any of the remaining dates of this tour definitely come and check it out. The tour ends on Oct 27th in Knoxville, TN. Psyopus does need a show on the way home in the southern Ohio/West Virginia area on the 28th. If you are interested in helping us book that please contact us at

Following this tour we will be doing a tour with Heavy Heavy Low Low and See You Next Tuesday that starts in Erie, PA on 11/1 and ends in Los Angeles, CA on 11/22.

We are taking a break in that tour to perform at the Metal Blade showcase for the CMJ music convention. We will be playing with The Acacia Strain, Intronaut, Since The Flood and All Shall Perish.

Our upcoming album "Our Puzzling Encounters Considered" should have a release date very shortly pending art work completion. The art work will no longer be done by Paul Romano. We have reassigned the task to Aaron Burto with Hell On Earth.
