Municipal Waste Finish New Album

"Hazardous Mutation", the new album by Virginia grind/thrash act Municipal Waste, has been completed and will be released through Earache Records. This album also marks the appearance of Dave Witte on drums, Witte is most commonly known for his work with Burnt By The Sun and Discordance Axis amongst many others.

The album will be released in September.
