Czech Court Officially Clears Randy Blythe Of All Charges


blythe Czech Republic's High Court upheld LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe's "not guilty" verdict earlier today (Wednesday, June 5) in connection with the death of fan, Daniel Nosek, three years ago. The court's decision is final and this will finally bring Blythe's legal matters to a close.

A three-judge panel on March 5 acquitted Blythe of manslaughter in the death of 19-year-old Daniel Nosek. The prosecutor at the time expressed interest in appealing the decision.
