DIMMU BORGIR Hard At Work On New Album, Making Tentative Tour Plans
According to guitarist Silenoz, DIMMU BORGIR have five or six songs finished for their forthcoming album, the followup to 2003's Death Cult Armageddon. The album will be recorded with Peter Taegtgren (HYPOCRISY) in September and is set for release in early 2007. Guitarist Silenoz says the material is "moving along well". Watch for plenty of touring around the world plus the possibility of Australian dates and perhaps a cross-Canada tour following the album's release.
As previously reported, Dimmu Borgir keyboardist Mustis will join SUSPERIA on stage for a selection of songs during the band's performance at the Inferno Festival tonight (April 14th). The festival is taking place at the Rockefeller in Oslo, Norway, the band hits the stage at 7:45pm.
Susperia features founding/former Dimmu Borgir drummer, Tjodalv.
