Initiated by three degenerated entities from Chile and Sweden, Corpsehammer glorifies the primitive realm of extreme metal when untamed and malicious sounding black and death metal used to sit on the throne. Formed in the winter of MMXVI, the horde is currently based in Dalarna, Sweden. Earlier this year the band released their debut EP called "Sacrilegio" and now they are back with their second strike "Posesión".

The unholy union draws their influences from the First Wave black metal, late 90s Latin American and Australian extreme metal scenes. The predominant grim voice is palpably to remind you the powerful, harsh vocals of Nocturno Culto. Some of the coldblooded riffs exist in the EP are reminiscent of the classic black metal releases of Darkthrone as well as the orgy invoking intensities of Sadistik Exekution. With intense gut-wrenching elements, the sophomore EP has probably surpassed the cruelty of its predecessor by becoming uglier, fiercer and simultaneously a bit more varied.

Corpsehammer is to become a force to be reckoned with amongst those having a penchant for horrendous sounding black/death metal.
