Randy Blythe Case to Continue

The case against Lamb of God lead singer Randy Blythe continues. The State Prosecutor's Office filed charges with the Prague Municipal Court indictment of killing a fan during a concert. Randy Blythe will face charges of bodily harm that resulted in death against Daniel Nosek. He faces five to ten years in prison. Although Blythe was previously released from custody and returned to the U.S., he promised to return any court proceedings. When Randy will be asked to return to Prague is unknown.
