CRISIS drummer launches ‘expressive' site

By admin

Crisis drummer Justin Arman recently launched his own website: www.JustinArman.com

About the website, Arman comments, "The website I just created is an exploration into these many expressions of the Self. It is dark because it expresses my bloody demons and gives account of a transitional moment in my life that fueled my desire to begin the journey out of the cave of misery. The site is in its baby stages but will soon fill with content. In the end, if only one person is somehow awakened and shaken by an inner nostalgia while musing from my art, I will feel content."

"All artistic expression verily stems from one source," he adds when asked where his words and art ideas come from. "It just manifests differently when the artist gains a sense of dexterity between his conscious and unconscious being. For that matter, art is a road map to the supernal Self."

Los Angeles-based aggro rockers Crisis varied style, kinetic sparks and powerful form of expression through imagery and music no doubt helped the drummer to discover his artistic rhythm.

"Crisis has affected me on so many levels. On a creative level, writing with them has allowed me to express my artistry to its ends without the inhibiting barriers of jerking-off within the confines of genre and marketability. Touring with them over the course of the last year has allowed me to refocus; reminding me of the initial reasons I first became a musician, to muse from the path rather than chasing insatiable, trivial goals."
