Judge issues temp order on KID ROCK / SCOTT STAPP sex tape


Kid Rock Kid Rock has sued to prevent distribution of a sex tape filmed with Scott Stapp, former vocalist of the Christian rock band Creed.

The video, said to show four seperate women performing oral sex on each of the two well-known rock icons was going to be released via David Joseph's World Wide Red light District company, which was also responsible for the issuance of the Paris Hilton sex tapes.

Rock won a partial victory against the tape's distribution when U.S. District Court Judge John Feikens signed a temporary restraining order against the sale or distribution of the footage by Joseph's company. Rock's suit seeks a permanent order against the distribution of the pornography.
