Decapitated guitarist - "It is kind of weird to play without my brother"
The Gauntlet's Colette Claire caught up with Summer Slaughter headliners, Decapitated over the weekend and discussed the new lineup and album progress. Guitarist Waclaw Kiełtyka stated "It is kind of weird to play without my brother. [Playing] is the best thing I can do but this band is my kid. This band is the best thing for me right now."
When asked about the progress of the new album, he stated "We tried to do a couple of new riffs and I have some new ideas. We haven't had enough time to do the arrangement but after Summer Slaughter we will have four or five months without touring so we will prepare the songs. I am pretty sure it will be different but you will hear the same band. The production will be different: different studio, different lineup, different vocals, different drummer. I am pretty excited."
You can catch Decapitated on Summer Slaughter all summer long.
