Gory Blister Unleashes Darkness with Dusktone Records Partnership
Italian technical death metal juggernauts Gory Blister are gearing up to unleash their eighth full-length album, a collaboration with Dusktone Records, set to hit the airwaves in early 2027. After over three decades carving their niche in the brutal landscape of extreme metal, Gory Blister is ready to plunge deeper into the abyss with this upcoming release, showcasing a sound that marries technical prowess with the haunting essence of old-school death metal.
Formed in the heart of Italy in 1991, Gory Blister has shared the stage with metal legends like Obituary, Behemoth, and Sinister, solidifying their reputation for delivering aggressive compositions, intricate guitar wizardry, and an electrifying live presence. Their relentless journey through the metal underworld has forged a band that not only stands the test of time but evolves fearlessly with each release.
The forthcoming album, which follows their 2023 effort, Reborn From Hatred, signals a bold step in Gory Blister’s relentless pursuit of musical and conceptual growth. This isn’t just a rehash of past glories; the band is venturing into darker, more uncompromising realms that promise to challenge and enthrall their dedicated fan base. “We are extremely happy to begin this new chapter with Dusktone Records,” declares guitarist Raff Sangiorgio. “This is a very important record for us. We didn’t want to simply repeat what we had done before.”
Sangiorgio further emphasizes that this album encapsulates Gory Blister’s current state of existence, with music, lyrics, and visual concepts all plunging into a more sinister direction. With Dusktone Records at the helm for physical release and global distribution, fans can expect this dark opus to resonate across Europe, North America, and beyond.
As anticipation builds, details regarding the album title, artwork, tracklisting, and the promotional onslaught are set to be unveiled in the coming months. The metal world watches with bated breath as Gory Blister prepares to unleash their most ambitious project yet.
