Municipal Waste announces new tour

MUNICIPAL WASTE have announced that The Accused will not be taking part in the WASTE THE WORLD TOUR 2009 as their singer Brad Mowen has to have emergency surgery. Not to worry though the WASTE have announced a replacement for The Accused. Minneapolis' Off With Their Heads will join the tour on November 18th– December 2nd and will be providing direct support for MUNICIPAL WASTE. Singer Tony Foresta had the following to say about the line-up change for the tour, "We're pretty bummed about the Accused canceling I really hope Brad gets better. But now The WASTE is really excited to announce our newest addition to our North American tour, Off With Their Heads. These guys are one of my personal favorites and I feel are one of the best punk bands to come out of the states for a long while. We've been listening to these guys in the WASTE van for some time and we are really glad they agreed to "stick out like a sore thumb" on our metal tour. It should be a lot of fun! Following their round of European festival appearances and their MASSIVE AGGRESSIVE European tour this September, MUNICIPAL WASTE will be seeing out the year with a North American trek, then having a few weeks rest before kicking off the European leg of their tour in mid-January.
