Alestorm Interview

The Gauntlet's D-FLOx and Grasshopper jump on Alestorm's bus and talk tour, pirates, and Key-tars with Dani and Ian in Los Angeles during Heathenfest 2009. Sitting atop a mountain of Corona beer, and straight outa compton, Alestorm discuss' what being a pirate means to them, how the band got started, and tells a story about the Eluveitie girls, and too much candy. Alestorm also discuss' a recent Terrorizer interview about the band’s direction, and corrected some quotes about "fat-man grindcore". Playing pirate metal till they die, tour manager Chris reveals his Dr. Pepper tattoo, Big Lebowski wardrobe, and Alestorm's favorite DVD, Purple Rain. "Never speak ill of the purple one…Not on this Bus!" Dani warns. Featuring new music from Alestorm's new album, Black Sails at Midnight, released on Napalm Records.
