I-DEF-I Announce Album Launch Shows

Manchester's I-DEF-I will play a series of album launch shows in May to support the release of their debut full length 'In The Light Of A New Day' set to be released via Copro Records on April 23rd.

The follow up to last years critically acclaimed mini-album 'Bloodlust Casualty', 'In The Light Of A New Day' marks the recording debut with the band of new drummer Carl Sharrocks and features a guest appearance from DJ Woody (www.woodwurk.com). Tracks from the album have already been played on Bruce Dickinsons rock show on BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio Borders and numerous internet stations.

The band will play:

May 3rd - Nottingham, Rock City.
May 4th - Manchester, Club Academy.
May 6th - London, Sanctum @ Electric Ballroom.
May 7th - Leeds, Josephs Well.
May 10th - Glasgow, Barfly.
May 11th - Middlesbrough, Libertys.

I-DEF-I have also been confirmed to appear at the inaugral 1st Festival. The festival will be running on the 4th and 5th of August 2007 in Wick, South Wales. The festival will offer signed bands, as well as up and coming unsigned bands from the UK. I-DEF-I will appear on August 5th alongside Breed77, Forever Never and more. The Festival site is situated on the Heritage coast of Wales, near the historic town of Llantwit Major and with spectacular panoramic views.
