New Amorphis Album In August

Having recently made a phenomenal return to the pinnacle of the Finnish metal scene with "Eclipse", AMORPHIS will be treating their Finnish fans to a mini-tour comprising four gigs in April. The Helsinki show is already sold out, but tickets to the Turku, Eura, and Jyväskylä concerts are still available. The band spent the beginning of the year in the studio preparing their yet-unnamed eighth album, scheduled for release on August 29 in Finland and on August 31 in the rest of Europe. As a first taste of the new material, a single will be released on June 27. Throughout the summer months, AMORPHIS will be busy touring festivals home and abroad. In addition to a number of Finnish dates, several appearances in Germany and Belgium are already confirmed.
