INSOMNIUM wreaks havoc across the globe

In America MTV's Headbanger's Ball has taken INSOMNIUM's new video Mortal Share in rotation. Also Metal Maniacs' feature story about the Finnish quartet hits the news-stands in March. Currently plans are being made to bring INSOMNIUM to US soil in autumn 2007.

In Finland the band had two nominations in the Finnish Metal Awards: in categories of "album of the year" and "artwork of the year". Two great summer festivals have also been confirmed for INSOMNIUM: Tuska Open Air in Helsinki, where the band will perform alongside the likes of Emperor, Immortal and Children of Bodom, and Ilosaarirock Festival in Joensuu, where there are such bands this year as Soilwork, Opeth and Hatebreed. More festivals in Finland and Europe will be announced later.

INSOMNIUM also takes over the Land of the Rising Sun as their new album "Above the Weeping World" is scheduled to be released in Japan in April.
