Foo Fighter’s Dave Grohl Pens Forward to New Book

Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl’s mother, Virginia Hanlon Grohl, just released a new book titled “From the Cradle to the Stage: Stories from The Mothers Who Rocked & Raised Rock Stars.”

The new work features interviews with other rock mamas, including Rush’s Geddy Lee’s mother and Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello’s mother.

Virginia and dave spoke about the book over the weekend at the 22nd annual Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the University of Southern California.
