Kittie in chaos

The turmoil in the career of Kittie has no end as guitarist Lisa Marx and bassist Jennifer Arroyo have left the troubled group. Sisters Morgan and Mercedes Lander have been plauged with several member shifts in the band as well as intense legal problems with their record label, Artemis Records, which have multiplied the group's woes. Vocalist Morgan Lander states "For the past few years, Artemis Records has denied us critical things ... that help a band to keep making money and pay the people that needed to be paid, like Jen and Lisa,". In a recent interview with The Gauntlet, Lander bemoaned the utter lack of support from the label in regard to the release of the group's third full length effort "Until The End", saying that the band were left to seek out their own promotion for the record and that the band received zero tour support.
