God Dethroned summarizes the year on the road

By Darren Cowan
The Dutch deathsters expect to begin writing material for a new album soon.

Metal Blade recording artist, God Dethroned has brought their melodic, psychotic brand of death metal to just about every corner of the world in the past year. The Dutch group posted the following comments about their year on the road:

After 4 weeks of European madness we're back home. This has been the final chapter for the "Tour of the White Worm 2004/2005": 4 tours and a shitload of club shows & festivals. We wanna thank every single person who supported us in the last 16 months. You truly rock!
We also wanna thank everyone involved in the "Tourturing Europe" tour: all in The Haunted & God Forbid and the road crew (guitar tech Jonathan, drum tech Jimmy, bus driver Joachim, merchandiser Karim and tour manager Marcus) for being great persons. Hope to meet you all again some day!
However, we save our biggest "thank you!" for Jurjen (Katafalk) who replaced Henke on this tour and did an amazing job, merchandiser/driver Stijn "ja-ja-ja" and last but not least Kees, who drove us around in the UK.

After a short break we'll start writing new songs for the upcoming God Dethroned album. Expect our live offensive right before Summer 2006.
Well dudes, good luck with lighting up christmas trees, stuffing yourselves with pie, singing nice little christmas songs with your family and drinking even more alcohol these days. Oh, what a nice time it is ;)
