TWISTED SISTER gives VIKING SKULL the Boot

The British heavy metal band, VIKING SKULL has dropped of the ALICE COOPER/TWISTED SISTER U.K. tour. VIKING SKULL, who received the shortest straw, started a war of words on their website. VIKING SKULL declared, "despite being added to the advertising and having the tour confirmed for seven months, TWISTED SISTER decided that they had to play the same length of time as ALICE COOPER. So in order to not have their egos dented by Mr. Cooper, they threw VIKING SKULL off the bill in order to make ALICE's fans sit through 95 minutes of their not-had-a-hit-for-20-years rubbish."

TWISTED SISTER guitarist, Jay Jay French retaliated saying:
"All of this is nonsense. Both ALICE and us were told that if VIKING SKULL could be put on the bill, they would provide the backline for TWISTED SISTER. This is what there agent promised. When we found out that they had nowhere near the equipment we were promised, AND... that because they were added to the show, our set times would be cut down from 75 minutes to 60 minutes, we realized that we were misled and that this would only hurt our fans. Both ALICE's management and our management agreed that 99.9% of the fans were there to see ALICE and TWISTED SISTER, and that VIKING SKULL'S ADDITION IN LIGHT OF THE MISREPRESENTATION WOULD HURT THE FANS WHO PAID TO SEE BOTH TWISTED SISTER and ALICE PLAY AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. That is the deal and whoever chooses to spin anything other this should get a job at the White House where lying is a nationalbadge of honor."
