New Confessor video
CONFESSOR and Season of Mist are proud to announce the release of the new CONFESSOR music video entitled, "Wig Stand" off of their brand new album, "Unraveled". The video was directed by Steve 'Paynie' Payne who has also directed videos for, Sepultura, Kreator, Napalm Death, EMF, Love Hate, ZZ Top, and the ground breaking Melvins video, "Honeybucket". Now Steve has teamed up with Scott Jeffreys, the singer of CONFESSOR who produced the video, to tackle a challenging video that conveys heavy emotional content which hits close to home for the band. "The video really speaks for itself, it unfortunately tells the story of a dear friend of mine who passed away recently", says Jeffreys. The song is basically about a person who is on drugs or really down and depressed and there is nothing left of the person but skin and bones. They have withered away and are but an empty shell. Just an empty, skinny body, a stand, good for nothing but holding up a head of hair atop their skull. Hence the title, "Wig Stand". The video is being released in conjunction with the brand new CONFESSOR album, "Unraveled". To see the new CONFESSOR video please visit our downloads section
