INDEX CASE Release Their Eponymous Debut Through Mortal Music

INDEX CASE, the upstart buzz band from Des Moines, Iowa, is ready to ascend to the next level. Having toured the United States multiple times with heavy hitters such as Mushroomhead, HedPE and Dry Kill Logic and having been selected for local performances with Rob Zombie, Disturbed, POD, Papa Roach and Static-X,
INDEX CASE has certainly earned their stripes. Having caught the ear of SOiL bassist Tim King, who signed the band to Mortal Music, INDEX CASE are in good hands with management credits going to Curt Smith (of the legendary Tears For Fears) and album production by James "Jimbo" Barton, who has worked with Matchbox 20, Eric Clapton and Rush.

INDEX CASE will unleash their self-titled debut album on September 27th and are planning much activity surrounding the release, including a video for the first single "Deserver" and a SONY PSP giveaway for fans. "Listen", the opening track on the album, has already been featured on the soundtracks for Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Ultimate Fighting. INDEX CASE also had a mini video biography featured on MTV and MTV2's Amp Six Pack Band Search.

INDEX CASE have also already planned an upcoming national tour with Bobaflex.
