Advent Parallax, the new album from AVERSE SEFIRA, hit stores nationwide Tuesday, February 12. The album was produced by Tore Stjerna (Watain) and features original artwork from celebrated artist Jos A. Smith (Bathory). The band kicked off their first tour in support of the album on February 5 performing alongside Rotting Christ and Immolation. The tour will see dates across the country and wrap up on March 2 in Houston, Texas.

Since their inception in 1996, AVERSE SEFIRA has successfully nurtured a cult fan base around the world. Signing with England's Candlelight Records in 2006, the band finally made their official jump to competing with the bigger artists of the popular genre. Since the cooperation, the last twelve months have seen the band tour alongside labelmates 1349, perform with Emperor on their final New York appearance and have seen the reissue of their debut album Battle Clarion (featuring updated graphics and fully remastered). Advent Parallax is the band's first properly distributed album in their now decade-long career. The year is already planned with additional touring opportunities positioning the trio to be able to attain their aspiration of an increased fan and sales base.
