Lead Singer Says HIM Could Be A Boy-Band

HIM frontman Ville Valo insists the heavy rock group could easily have had a successful career as a boy band if they'd chosen to. Valo claims the Finnish three-piece has the perfect balance of different body-types to prove a hit with teenage girls.

He says, "HIM is kind of like a perfect boy band. We have one chubby one, one kind of nearly chubby one, and one really skinny one. We've got blonds. We've got everything in between, so we'd make a great boy band.

"But, at the end of the day, a musician is what I want to be, not a model."
