Vanmakt Parts With Guitarist

Swedish black metallers Vanmakt have parted ways with guitarist Satygh. Frontman Goroth has posted the following statement:

"Theres no easy way or nice way to say this, so here goes. Satygh is no longer a part of Vanmakt, and the reason is that he dont take this seriously, he doesnt come to rehearsals, he cant even pick up his phone and say that he wont come, or he doesnt answer when we call him, he cant even play the songs at 100% after 1 year in the band! He has been lying about so many things that we dont even know what is true anymore. So, this Friday we had a meeting, to wich he WAS invited and said that he would come to, but he didnt. I have tried to call him after this meeting, but he hasnt answered or returned my calls. We wont play together with someone that we cant trust, so Satygh is no longer a part of Vanmakt!

Since Im doing all the songwriting in the band this wont have anything to do with how we sound, no gigs will be postponed or deleted. We will search for a new dedicated guitarist and we will let it take the time it takes, in the meantime we have asked a friend to do live shows with us, until we find a new guitarplayer that is.
