Bleeding Through Comments on Tour With HIM

BLEEDING THROUGH kick off a full US tour with Finland's greatest, HIM, in New Jersey TODAY! The tour runs through December. Click here for all dates and info.

Speaking on the combination, singer Brandan Schieppati states "HIM is one of those bands that transcend a particular segment of people, you see people in all walks of life wearing HIM t-shirts and we notice plenty of people at all of our shows wearing them. Even though stylistically we are quite different, the dark feel of both of our music translates to different people and grab their attention." Bleeding Through are big supporters of HIM with keyboardist, Marta even sporting a heartagram tattoo. "Back in 2002 our roadie at the time turned us onto them and we ended up listening to their albums every day on tour."

Bleeding Through has just wrapped up a successful summer supporting Slayer and Marilyn Manson playing for thousands of attendees every night. Speaking on the experience Schieppati says "going into the tour we wondered how we would go over but coming out of it we can say that Slayer and Manson fans were amazing to us. Getting to bro down with Kerry King (of Slayer) was definitely one of the highlights, we are probably bigger fans of Slayer than ever, if that was even possible."
