Starwood was created to bring a new sense of Rock and Roll to a dying Hollywood scene that was once a central point for rock and metal. Starwood does not focus on reliving the past but instead pushes forward with an intoxicating and outright electrifying blend of Rock and Roll, Punk, and good old-fashioned Metal, creating memorable songs that will keep your head banging and your metal horns in the air.
Starwood's live set is full of energy and life involving the audience with every power cord and every "shout it out loud" chorus. The bands stage presence can best be described as exhilarating and brings to mind some of the old greats that used to play the strip like Guns N' Roses and Motley Crüe, who don't just play on the stage, they own it! It's all about the excess that makes the genre fun!
