The Gauntlet: Da Vang Da Vang Bio   Band Members Nguyen Dat - vocals, guitars Hoang Tuan - guitars Le Quang - bass Tran Nha - drums Le Minh - drums Subgenres: Da Vang (pronounced: zah vang) metal band was born from the sound of Metal in the late 80s with a simple desire: To play Heavy Metal Music. We started with Nguyen Dat (vocal, guitar & songs writing), Le Quang (bass, vocal & songs wirting), Hoang Tuan (guitar) and Le Minh (drums). At Pop-Rock festival at Youth Culture House in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in 1991, we won the second prize. Since then, we have been recognized to be a real heavy metal band in Vietnam.
