TRIVIUM Frontman Starts Black Metal Band
 Matt Heafy revealed recently that he will be launching a black metal side project soon. He stated to an intimate crowd that gathered to hear his acoustic performance at a Mascot Eyewear store in New York that the band is tentatively titled Mrityu.
Matt Heafy revealed recently that he will be launching a black metal side project soon. He stated to an intimate crowd that gathered to hear his acoustic performance at a Mascot Eyewear store in New York that the band is tentatively titled Mrityu. Heafy went on to state that his good friend Ihsahn inspired him to start the project. Current Trivium drummer Nick Augusto is expected to play drums for the project.
