Prosecutor Files Complaint To Reject Bail In Randy Blythe Case
Randy Blythe of Lamb of God was back in municipal court today in Prague, Czech Republic. As of right now, it appears that the prosecutor in the case has formally filed a complaint to reject the singers bail which was granted on June 30th and paid in full last Monday, July 2. The bail hearing is now being moved to municipal court in Prague and will be heard at a later date. Randy has been detained for almost two weeks without being charged. He is being held for manslaughter following the death of a fan when the band performed in May, 2010.
Today's complaint by the prosecutor is just a stalling tactic to keep Blythe locked-up without having to have any evidence or file a single charge.
Blythe's U.S. attorney will be in Prague shortly to assist in the matter.
