SAXON Unleashes Anticipated 24th Album 'Hell, Fire And Damnation' with Historic Themes and Classic Sound
British heavy metal icons SAXON are gearing up for the release of their 24th studio album, "Hell, Fire And Damnation," scheduled for January 19, 2024, via Silver Lining Music. The album explores historical and mysterious themes across ten robust tracks, including the latest single "There's Something In Roswell," accompanied by an official music video. The song delves into the enigmatic events of the 1947 Roswell incident, maintaining a classic SAXON sound with a bridge between their '80s era and the contemporary. Produced by Andy Sneap and lead singer Biff Byford, the album promises a balance between modern power and a nostalgic embrace of the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal. With a European tour alongside JUDAS PRIEST and URIAH HEEP and a co-headline U.S. tour with URIAH HEEP lined up, 2024 looks promising for SAXON. The tracklist for "Hell, Fire And Damnation" includes powerful titles like "Madame Guillotine," "Pirates Of The Airwaves," and "Witches Of Salem."
