AC/DC: Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd Back, New LP in the can. Tour Line up Set for 2019
An Anonymous Source reportedly bumped into Brian Johnson --who has been out of AC/DC because of a serious hearing problem -- who told him, that he was "Back in Black" so to speak.
It was also mentioned that a full-length LP is already done and waiting for its release date.
Rumors add that Phil Rudd -- Drummer - who has suffered legal problems in New Zealand - will also return to tour the new release that is apparently about the late Malcolm Young, including some of his unrecorded writing.
The Australia favorite sons have not had a break for quite a while. Death, injury, retirement, and legal issues have plagued the band over the last few years leaving Angus Young alone as the only original member for a short contract balance of shows that featured Axl Rose singing.
Brian Johnson is arguably the best replacement lead singer of all time - with big shoes to fill after the death of Bon Scott.
This aligned with all the rumors as well as a statement by Brian saying he needed to take a chance on his hearing for the fans - which implies more than just recording - it means tour.
