Todd Honeycutt, bass player for Tech/Death giants ENFOLD DARKNESS, has passed away.

Todd Honeycutt1 Todd Honeycutt passed away on Aug. 31st. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and the entire Enfold Darkness posse.
Here at the Gauntlet lab when we writers and metal enthusiasts need a push forward, the boss walks in with Red Bull’s and blasts Enfold Darkness through the studio speakers. Consequently, this band has become a team favorite. Our hearts are shattered and inconsolable. Todd was such a bright and shining light. Brilliant Musician. A Bass player that could easily stand shoulder to shoulder with all of the best that metal has to offer.

Eternal Memory and Blessed Repose to our fallen brother, Todd Honeycutt.

The band has issued the following statement on Facebook:
“Our brother Todd, who performed on our latest album, has taken his own life. I wish that we could give you a better sounding statement - we are all still in disbelief. If you are able to chip in, let's get him back to his family in South Carolina.”

IMPORTANT!!
His family has set up a fundraiser to get Todd’s body back home.

Greg Vance, the bands drummer, made the following statement on Facebook in regard to it:
“Hey everybody, Todd's family has set up a fundraiser to get him back to them. Nashville to South Carolina is going to be expensive, not to mention funeral costs. Please chip in anything you can spare!”

Todd’s family issued the following statement on GoFundMe.com:
“Our Cousin, Brother, Son, Nephew, Grandson, and Friend just passed. The family will have to pay for transportation and funeral costs, and has limited resources. All proceeds will go to Robin Church, Lynn Gray, Dean Bozard, Eric Collins, Amanda Phillips, Holly Barton, and others in the family who will organize everything. Please give what you can. Our family appreciates the support.”

Please participate in this fundraiser by clicking HERE - which will direct you to the GoFundMe.com page on his family’s behalf.
