RAVAGE announce shows supporting RAVEN and BLOOD FEAST

RAVAGE RAVAGE, the traditional heavy metal and thrash act from Boston, MA, USA has announced a pair of one-off live gigs in the New England area. Ravage has been added to the New Hampshire appearance of NWOBHM legends RAVEN and the band will also be supporting 80's New Jersey thrashers BLOOD FEAST at their Massachusetts appearance.

Singer Al Ravage commented: "We've got a great pair of gigs coming up with two legendary bands. We're looking forward to headbanging along with all of you. Don't miss these shows, they'll be killer."

The upcoming show information is as follows...

8/18 - Club Jewel - Manchester, NH - Ravage supporting Raven
9/30 - Ralph's Diner - Worcester MA - Ravage supporting Blood Feast

Ravage formed in the mid 90's and features a unique-sounding blend of traditional NWOBHM-style heavy metal, late 90'd Euro-style power metal and late 80's Bay Area thrash.

Ravage released "Return Of The Spectral Rider" on May 26th through the band's own imprint Society For World Wide Ravage Recordings. The record is a complete re-recording of the band's album "Spectral Rider" which was given a limited release by Germany's Karthago Records in 2005.

The new recording features improved production quality, an updated track-listing, guest-appearance, all-new artwork by Tim Jacobus (known for painting the covers of the R.L. STINE'S GOOSEBUMPS and FEAR STREET series of horror novels) and bonus tracks that did not appear on the original release.

The album is available on cd, limited edition Vinyl and digital download and is distributed by CDBaby and other outlets.

Ravage's previous album "The End Of Tomorrow" was released by Metal Blade Records in 2009.
