Warbeast Denied Entry Into Canada
Warbeast will not be playing Canada next month with Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals. It turns out that Canada doesn't want Warbeast inside their borders but the band isn't talking about the specifics. The band states "Because Warbeast is unable to get into Canada (please don’t ask why)… we are obviously not able to do the 2 Canadian dates with Phil’s new solo band on our upcoming tour with them in August. So we are still looking to add a show or 2 or 3 on those off dates. So if any promoters, bands or whoever out there can help us with booking something… please let us know. The dates we have open are August 10th, 11th and 12th. The shows would have to be somewhere between Royal Oak Michigan (Detroit) and Worcester Massachusetts. So please don’t start offering any shows that are too far out of that route. Look it up on a map if you have to see if it is something that would work for us. Areas like in Ohio or upstate New York might work. I guess if we can’t book anything on those dates we will have a mini-vacation during the tour… which means we will just have to party our asses off… haha!"
