WEAPON Call It Quits

Canadian black metallers, Weapon, have called it quits. Their statement on Facebook reads as follows:

"The end of a melody is not its goal; but nonetheless, had the melody not reached its end it would not have reached its goal either. A parable." –
Friedrich Nietzsche.

"And with the those words we announce the end of Weapon. There is no drama surrounding this decision: it is time for us collectively, and more importantly, as individuals, to move onwards and upwards towards other paradigms. We extend our gratitude to all who helped us succeed and of course send a massive "fuck you" to the ones who tried in vain to make us fail.

"Blessed be ALL who bled for the Devil under the sign of W!"
