The Gauntlet Turns 17

Today, The Gauntlet turns 17. Hard to believe the site is almost as old as the average age of the visitors. The site still continues to grow and evolve. Just today, we upgraded from a 100Mbps dedicated line to a 1Gbps line. Drive capacity was increased from 2TB to 8TB's for video alone. The site files have been moved to a SSD for faster access. I'll be tweaking things soon to get the most out of all this new capacity.

As for the site, The Gauntlet has evolved to focus more on touring. In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out new sections that will host exclusive content from your favorite bands on the road. The new app will be released soon too which will play a huge role in connecting fans with bands.

God damn...17...I feel old.
