More Details Emerge As Prosecutor Outlines Case Against As I Lay Dying's Tim Lambesis
More details have emerged on what transpired between As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis and undercover detective "Red".
Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso detailed the case against Tim Lambesis yesterday for the court. Grasso stated that Lambesis' motivation in hiring someone to kill his misses was so that his children would have a healthy relationship with one parent.
On May 7th, Lambesis met with "Red" at a bookstore and cops claim told "Red" he wanted his wife "gone," Grasso stated.
Tim was asked if he wanted his wife dead, and "the defendant replied, 'Yes, that is exactly what I want,'" Grasso said.
Tim handed over an envelope with $1,000, his wife's address, gate codes, specific dates when he'd have the kids for his alibi.
"He has provided the means, the money, the pictures, the address, the gate codes, the times," Grasso said.
Detectives recorded the entire encounter and made the arrest at the bookstore.
Tim's estranged wife is now hiding in seclusion with the kids in case there are other hits out there.
