Tim Lambesis' Wife Asked Court To Examine Frontman's Music Business Prior To Murder Plot

Although it is still unclear as to the motive behind As I Lay Dying frontman's recent attempt to have his wife Meggan killed, new details are coming to light in court filings.

It has now been revealed that Tim's wife Meggan asked the court to order an expert to examine their music-related businesses and other assets. Among assets listed were two "high-end" Harley Davidson custom motorcycles.

The split was said to be amicable in court filings, but recent court documents, it appear that Meggan Lambesis was getting ready to stake a claim to the Lambesis fortune.

Tax returns from 2010 show that Lambesis made over $233,000.

Tim Lambesis was arrested On May 7 after speaking with an undercover cop about killing his wife. He is being charged with one felony count of solicitation of murder.

As I Lay Dying is expected to announce their intentions regarding the upcoming Killswitch Enage tour.
