Biomechanics Expert Testifies Daniel Wasn't Pushed But Jumped
As court resumed today (Tuesday March 5) in Prague, Czech Republic in the Randy Blythe trial, George Straus, an expert in the field of biomechanics took the stand for the defense. The expert testified that Daniel Nosek could not have turned his body 180 degrees if pushed from the stage and land on the back of his head as reported. He also stated that he couldn't have been pushed over the first row of spectators but had to have actively jumped over them.
The prosecutor objected several times as the expert overlooked eyewitness testimony and the real world conditions at the scene.
The verdict is expected later today.
