Dave Mustaine Thinks Obama Staged The Aurora and Sikh Temple Shootings

Dave Mustaine The great thing about Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine is he will say something really stupid and then retreat from his statements and blame the media. But we always know that the next time he speaks publicly, he will say something totally batshiat crazy. Like when he was in Singapore last week and addressed the crowd stating "Back in my country, my president [makes puking sign with his finger in his mouth], he's trying to pass a gun ban, so he's staging all of these murders, like the 'Fast And Furious' thing down at the border; Aurora, Colorado, all the people that were killed there; and now the beautiful people at the Sikh temple."

Mustaine obviously felt his foot wasn't far enough in his mouth so he kept going and stated "I was talking to J.D., our promoter here tonight... What a great guy. I was saying, 'I don't know where I'm gonna live if America keeps going the way it's going because it looks like it's turning into Nazi America. And he said, 'Move down here to Singapore.'"

Warning, Political Rant: The problem with Mustaine is he talks too much but doesn't do much fact checking. When Obama was campaigning against Hillary Clinton, he stated he would call for a reinstatement of a federal ban on assault weapons. Once he got the Democratic nomination and later the presidency, he never touched or mentioned gun control.

In 2008, Obama stated "There are some common-sense gun safety laws that I believe in. But I am not going to take your guns away." Obama has done so little to regulate guns in the U.S. that the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence gave him a "F", the first Democrat to receive such grade.

Even after the shooting of Democrat Senator Gabby Giffords, Trayvon Martin, the Aurora, CO and Sikh Temple shootings, Obama has done nothing to try to take away Mustaines guns.

I'm sure gun laws would be even less strict under Romney, let's look at his record as govenor. GOP nominee, Mitt Romney, signed a ban on assult weapons as the govenor of Massachusetts. In 1994, Mitt Romney stated "I don't line up with the NRA." While running for govenor in 2002, The NRA supported Romney's democratic opponent.

Once Romney became govenor, he increased the gun-owners licensing fee forcing gun owners to pay four times as much to register their guns.

It wasn't until 2006 when Romney declared his intentions to run for president that he became a gun owner and lifetime member of the NRA.
