Hedpe Announce Headlining Tour With Soil and Mushroomhead's Jeffrey Nothing

(Hed)pe have announced they will join forces with Soil and Jeffrey Nothing for their upcoming headlining tour in August. The bands will hit the road beginning August 20th in Flagstaff, AZ for a month long trek. (Hed)p.eare currently working on new material for their new studio album, which is expected to surface in late 2012.

"We are stoked to go on the road with Soil. They have their original singer Ryan McCombs back, who was singing for Drowning Pool who we are close friends with," said Jahred. "Ryan had a lot of success with Drowning Pool and is a killer frontman, so it’ll be cool touring with Soil and watching him every night. We love Mushroomhead's Jeffrey Nothing and we're happy to have him join us on the tour as we had him open for us in Australia and he killed it. (Hed)p.e. is always excited to go on tour with new bands, and get an opportunity to play for different people. I can’t wait to get out there and start tearing stages up!”

"We are looking forward to finally doing a long overdue tour with (Hed)p.e ," states Soil bassist Tim King. "We've talked about doing this for years and our schedules just never lined-up. I think it will be a great combination of musical styles and just being a fan of (Hed)p.e, I'm looking forward to seeing them play each night."

(Hed)p.e continue to tour in support of their eighth studio album "Truth Rising”, which saw the group become the voice for a movement that empowers youth and reveals the seedy underbelly of our current political affairs.

Mushroomhead frontman Jeffrey Nothing released his debut solo album "The New Psychodalia", on Suburban Noize Records. Mixing hypnotic rhythmic grooves and punishing riffs, along with Jeffrey Nothing's beautifully deranged lyrics, "The New Psychodalia" is a tormented soundscape that shakes listeners to the core.
