Static-x changes band name, doesn't send me the memo

Many people out there pronounce band names incorrectly. Band's will use alternate spellings to avoid copyright and trademark issues. Sadly, I have been pronouncing 'Static-x' wring for over 15 years. Static added an 'x' and Wayne told me it was silent. That was the last I heard about the name issue and for the last 15 years, I have referred to the band as 'Static' with a silent 'X'. I asked Wayne about this last week. You can check it out below, along with his wife Tera mocking my taste in music.
Be sure to catch Static-x on the road with Prong and Davey Suicide.
