KREATOR Debuts On Billboard Charts
Attaining the highest first week sales of their North American career with 3,924 copies sold of their thirteenth studio album Phantom Antichrist, German thrash overlords KREATOR have debuted at #130 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Even more notable is having secured a place in Nuclear Blast history with their debut on the Billboard Heatseekers chart at #1 – the label’s highest ever debut on any Billboard chart.
In Canada, Phantom Antichrist came in at #128 on the Top 200 Albums Chart and at #15 on the Top Hard Music Albums chart.
As previously reported, Kreator entered the official German Media Control charts at #5 with Phantom Antichrist. Leader Mille Petrozza comments on the achievement:
"Wow! 1000 thanks to our fans because without you this would never have been possible. Thank you for believing in us, you are the best! We'll see you on tour. Thank you for the support, for the likes, shares, preorders and everything! We really appreciate it! Keep it up! 2012 and 2013 will be the years of Kreator.
