DEMON HUNTER Part Ways With Guitarist
DEMON HUNTER guitarist Ryan Helm has announced his departure from the band to start focusing more on his solo project DAMIEN DEADSON and the management company he co-owns called Infamous Empire.
Ryan commented on the departure: “Ultimately it came down to a disagreement of core beliefs in life and in religion. I believe in many ways for the human soul to reach redemption and enlightenment, but the rest of the members in Demon Hunter believe in one absolute. While I respect that, it was getting to the point where something had to change, and ultimately that lead to me being let go.”
He further commented: “To the Demon Hunter fans, I want to say thank you for the amazing times we had and I hope that you give my music a chance. To the new fans that Damien Deadson has acquired, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and I cannot wait to see you all again on the road! You all have helped me out of a rough period in my life. After I was let go from Demon Hunter I was crushed and almost gave up on my passion in life, but you all pulled me through it. Respect.”
